Royal Labs: new website live, inquiries already coming in.
Royal Labs is a family-owned US cosmetics manufacturer with more than 40 years behind it. From an 85,000 sq ft facility in Johns Island, South Carolina, they develop and manufacture skin, hair, body and SPF products for brands across the personal care industry. We designed and built their new website from scratch on Shopify, working directly with Paul, their founder and CEO. Soon after launch, inquiries started coming in through the site.
A manufacturer, not a shop.
Their old Shopify site looked like a consumer store. But Royal Labs sells to brands, and a brand looking for a manufacturer wants to see capabilities, quality and a clear way to start a project.
The new site leads with what brands look for: product categories, in-house formulation, quality standards such as FDA registration and GMP, and one clear path to a project inquiry.
