What it covers
  • Development, fixes and maintenance
  • Integrations between your tools
  • AI features and automations
  • CTO and architecture work
  • Urgent help: the same day, at night or on weekends

A partner on call. When something breaks on a Friday night or the week before a launch, you’re not on your own: urgent work is picked up the same day, nights and weekends included.

(05) The details

What moves the price, and what’s included.

What moves the price
  • How much is already designed. A finished Figma file costs less to build than an idea.
  • Screens, user roles and integrations. Each one adds work.
  • The state of existing code. Clean code is cheaper to extend than code nobody wants to touch.
  • Data to move. Products, customers, orders, users.
  • The deadline. A hard date can mean more people on the work.
  • Security or compliance needs, such as payments, health data or audits.
Included in every engagement
  • You work with Marian Sorca directly, from the first reply to the handover.
  • Scope and price agreed in writing before work starts.
  • The code, accounts and data in your name.
  • Testing on phones and desktops before anything goes live.
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch for anything that doesn’t work as agreed.
  • Documentation and a handover your next developer can follow.
Not included

Third-party costs, paid directly by you so you keep the accounts: your Shopify plan and apps, hosting, domains, AI model usage, paid fonts and stock images.

How payment works
  • Projects under $10,000: 50% to start, 50% at delivery.
  • Projects over $10,000: paid by milestone, with 30% to start.
  • Retainers, CTO months and the Technical Review: paid upfront.
  • Card or bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars.
(06) Questions

About pricing.

Why do you show prices?

Because it’s the first thing most people want to know, and it saves us both a call when the budget doesn’t fit.

Is the price fixed?

Projects get a fixed price for an agreed scope. If you change the scope along the way, you get a written price for the change before any work on it starts.

Can we start smaller than $2,000?

The minimum engagement is $2,000. If your project is smaller, tell us anyway; we’ll say honestly whether it fits.

Do you work by the hour?

Only for work outside a fixed price or a retainer, at $200 to $500 an hour, billed in blocks from $2,000. Fixed-price projects are priced by the result, not by the hours they take.

Why is a range so wide?

Because two projects with the same name can be very different. A brief with your goal and what exists today narrows it to one written number. Send your brief.
