Someone senior enough to say if your tech will hold.
You have a product. What you do not have is a senior engineer who can tell you whether the technology underneath it is right for where you are going. Those decisions get expensive quietly. I make them with you.
A product, a team, and no one senior.
Three situations where a few hours of senior judgment a month cost less than the mistakes they prevent.
You run the product, not the code.
Developers or an agency build it, and you have no one to tell you whether what they deliver is sound, fairly priced, or built to last.
Traffic, payments, or an investor is coming.
Something is about to put the system under pressure. You need to know what breaks first, what it costs to fix, and what can wait.
Good people, no technical lead.
Your developers are capable but nobody reviews their work, sets the roadmap or makes the architecture calls. I take that seat part-time.
Companies that need a full-time CTO managing a large engineering organisation. If that is you, I can help you hire one, and review the candidates.
Decisions, reviews, and a roadmap you can act on.
Five things a fractional CTO does for you. Each one ends in a written answer with the cost attached.
Codebase review
I read what is actually in your code and infrastructure and tell you what is strong, what is fragile, and what nobody should touch.
Architecture, security and scaling
The decisions that are cheap now and expensive in a year: data model, hosting, payments, authentication, what to rebuild and what to keep.
A technical roadmap
Tied to your business goals, not to a stack. What gets built next, in which order, and why.
Code review on whoever builds for you
Your developers or agency keep building. I review what they ship, so quality stops depending on trust alone.
Hiring and vendor review
Job descriptions, candidate interviews, agency quotes and contracts. You stop overpaying and stop hiring for the wrong role.
What you have, not what I would have built.
Every review ends in the same four verdicts, so you always know what to do next and what it costs.
I look at what you have, not at what I would have built. You get what is strong, what is fragile, what to fix first and what to leave alone. Plain language, costs attached. Marian Sorca
What is sound and should stay as it is, so nobody rewrites it out of habit.
What will break under traffic, payments or growth, and how you will notice.
The short list that matters now, with a cost and an order.
What looks ugly but works. Spending there is money lost.
One-off review
A full read of your codebase, infrastructure and vendors, delivered as a written report and a call to go through it.
Fractional, month by month
A fixed number of hours a month: roadmap, code review, architecture calls and a senior voice in your planning.
One decision
A hire, an agency quote, a platform choice or a rebuild question. One focused engagement, one written recommendation.
Call, review, report, then decisions.
The first weeks are a review. After that you decide whether you want me in the room every month.
Call
What you sell, where the product is going, who builds it today, and what worries you. One hour, no preparation needed.
Review
Read access to the code, the infrastructure, the hosting bills and the current quotes. I read it all before I say anything.
Report
Strong, fragile, fix first, leave alone. Each item with a cost and an order, in language your whole team can follow.
Decisions
We act on the list together: roadmap, hiring, vendor talks and code review, monthly or per decision.
Tell me what you have and what is coming. You get a scoping note and a fixed quote for the review before anything starts.
Book a call →One person, fifteen years of shipping.
No account managers and no hand-offs. The person on the call is the person reading your code.

Before you book.
The questions founders ask in the first call. Anything else: the form below reaches me directly.
What does a fractional CTO actually do?+
The job a full-time CTO would do, for a few hours a month: technical decisions, reviewing what your developers or agency ship, setting the roadmap, and checking hires and vendors. You get senior judgment without a senior salary.
How is this different from hiring an agency?+
An agency wants to build. I am paid to tell you what not to build, what to keep, and whether the quote in front of you is fair. If building is the right answer, abZ Global can do it, but the review stands on its own.
Can you work with our existing developers?+
Yes, and that is the usual setup. They keep building, I review their work, answer their architecture questions and set priorities. Most developers welcome it: they get a senior to talk to.
How much of our time does it take?+
One call to start, read access to the code and accounts, and then as little as a monthly call. The review itself is my time, not yours.
What do we get after the first review?+
A written report in plain language: what is strong, what is fragile, what to fix first and what to leave alone, each with a cost and an order. It is yours whether or not we continue.
What does it cost?+
The first review has a fixed price agreed before it starts. Ongoing work is a fixed number of hours a month, agreed in advance. No open-ended billing.
