What we collect
- What you send through our forms or by email: your name, email, company website and project details, and how you found the site (the first page you landed on and the site that sent you).
- Usage data from analytics: pages viewed, device and browser.
Why we use it
- To reply to your brief and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract.
- To see how the site is used and whether our ads work. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the site.
We don’t sell your data or use it for anything else.
Cookies
- Google Analytics (kept up to 2 years), Google Ads conversion tracking (up to 90 days) and Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and sessions (up to 1 year).
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, these cookies are set only after you click Accept. Until then, the tools run without cookies. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookies link in the footer.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, counts visits without cookies and may set a security cookie to block bots.
Who receives your data
Only the services that run the site: hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Google and Microsoft) and our email provider. Some are in the US and handle data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Briefs and emails: as long as needed to reply and follow up. Client project and invoice records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
